How Trava works

Trava uses an online intake and clinician consultation to determine whether a requested treatment is appropriate. Approved prescriptions are fulfilled through a pharmacy and shipped to the patient. The cash-pay bundle covers the consultation, medication when prescribed, ongoing provider communication, and delivery rather than charging a separate membership.

Semaglutide starts at a $117.96 month-to-month price on its product page, while a qualifying three-month lower-dose plan can average $88.65 per month. Tirzepatide starts at $178.98 month to month, with dose-and-term alternatives shown in Trava's full table. Higher doses carry higher prices.

Trava also lists monthly NAD+ at $158.93 and sermorelin at $157.91, with quarterly packages available. All four highlighted therapies are compounded, so patients should discuss why a compounded product is being selected, which pharmacy is filling it, and what happens if a dose or prescription changes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • A detailed public table connects GLP-1 prices to dose and purchase term
  • Consultation, medication when prescribed, support, and shipping are bundled
  • Both month-to-month and multi-month purchase options are available
  • NAD+ and sermorelin prices are published on dedicated product pages

Cons

  • Costs increase as GLP-1 doses rise
  • The lowest headline requires a multi-month lower-dose plan
  • Processed pharmacy orders are not cancellable or refundable
  • Every highlighted medication is compounded rather than FDA-approved

What to know before choosing Trava

Trava's lowest semaglutide figure is mathematically real but conditional. It represents the monthly equivalent of a three-month plan at a lower dose. A month-to-month patient or someone advancing to a higher maintenance dose will pay more, so the complete table is more useful than the homepage headline.

The all-inclusive structure removes a separate membership calculation. Consultation, ongoing messages, medication when prescribed, and shipping are presented as one package. This simplicity ends once the prescription changes because a different dose can move the patient into another price tier.

Compounding remains the central clinical caveat. Trava's pages clearly identify the products as compounded, but those medications are not FDA-approved. Patients should ask about the dispensing pharmacy, formulation, storage, adverse-event contact process, and approved alternatives before starting care.

  • The lowest semaglutide price is tied to a lower-dose three-month plan.
  • Trava bundles consultation, prescribed medication, support, and shipping without a separate membership.
  • Cancellation is due at least 48 hours before renewal, and processed pharmacy orders are final.

Pricing

22 / 25

Trava’s quarterly packages are cheaper than its month-to-month prices. Based on the exact savings shown on each product page, quarterly totals are $441.98 for starting-dose tirzepatide, $348.93 for NAD+, and $347.91 for sermorelin. That equals monthly averages of $147.33, $116.31, and $115.97 and first-year totals of $1,767.92, $1,395.72, and $1,391.64. The single subscription total includes platform, clinician, prescribed medication, and shipping charges; tirzepatide can cost more at higher doses.

Quality

16 / 20

A clinician reviews the intake, decides whether treatment is appropriate, and remains available through ongoing messaging. The service is cash pay and uses pharmacy partners for fulfillment. The featured products are compounded, which means FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.

Onboarding

11 / 15

Patients complete a remote health assessment and consultation before a prescription can be issued. The process is designed for online completion, with the pharmacy shipment following approval. Medical history, current drugs, allergies, prior doses, and contraindications should be documented accurately to support a sound decision.

Medication Options

10 / 15

Trava currently publishes programs for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, compounded NAD+ injections, and compounded sermorelin injections. GLP-1 doses span multiple price steps, while the longevity pages describe fixed vial amounts and optional quarterly packages. Exact dosing remains clinician-directed.

Shipping & Fulfillment

9 / 10

Shipping is included in the bundled program price. Current product pages describe rapid air shipment after clinical and pharmacy approval, with some pages estimating two to three business days. Carrier timing can still vary, and temperature-sensitive packages should be checked promptly on arrival.

Customer Support

8 / 10

Ongoing provider messaging is included in the program, and the terms provide service contact routes for billing or cancellation. A subscription cancellation must reach Trava at least 48 hours before renewal. Once a pharmacy order has been processed, it generally cannot be canceled or refunded.

Usability & Experience

4 / 5

The public medication table is the strongest usability feature because it exposes dose and term tradeoffs before checkout. Product pages also explain the basic bundle. The main challenge is translating a low-dose monthly equivalent into the likely long-term cost as titration changes.

Bars show one lowest recorded monthly price per comparable provider. The reviewed provider is excluded, and each observation keeps its source timestamp.Learn about our methodology

The distribution uses the lowest positive monthly observation for each other active provider in the same therapy and brand-type group. Canonical medication variants now consolidate duplicate catalog names, and one provider is counted once even when it has several doses or plans.

Bar height shows how many other providers fall within each price range. The reviewed provider is excluded from those bars. The black line marks the provider-listed monthly price shown on the medication card when that price is numeric; otherwise it falls back to the provider's lowest comparable therapy-level price. Market low, median, and high are calculated from the peer-provider prices only.

This remains a therapy-level directional comparison and may include multiple medications and formulations. Some stored observations are medication-only prices while others are unitemized program totals. Use the medication-specific Prices page for itemized membership, labs, care, and shipping where those details are documented. The distribution is withheld when fewer than five peers have numeric observations.

Great accountability for mobility goals

  • Longevity
  • Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Trava paired me with a coach who keeps my mobility goals realistic even when travel derails me. Weekly video check-ins are only fifteen minutes but they come with doable stretching plans.

Pros

Short check-ins, flexible plans, and realistic mobility targets help me stay consistent.

Cons

Calendar integration with Outlook still needs work.

Road warrior approved GLP plan

  • GLP-1 & Weight Loss
  • Semaglutide

Trava paired me with a dietitian who travels for work so she actually got my airport life. She showed me how to stash the pen in a TSA-compliant cooler and reminded me to rotate injection spots even when I am jet-lagged. Compounded meds shipped late once but they credited me a week of coaching. Appetite suppression is gentler than my last clinic, which I prefer because client dinners still happen. Their Slack-style chat feels modern and my coach reacts to scale photos within minutes. Only gripe is the wellness content hub is hard to search.

Pros

Travel-savvy coaching, responsive chat, fair credits when delays happen.

Cons

Content hub search needs work.

Stretch sessions that fit between flights

  • Longevity
  • Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

The Trava coach meets me from whichever hotel I am in and adjusts the mobility routine to the space I have. Fifteen-minute stretch flows keep my hips from locking up after cross-country flights.

Pros

Flexible sessions, travel-friendly plans, and quick accountability.

Cons

Weekend slots disappear fast.

Felt like a real clinic running a GLP-1 program

  • GLP-1 & Weight Loss

Trava felt like a real clinic running a GLP-1 program. They checked in on side effects and didn't act surprised when I said I felt nauseous at first. The pacing was reasonable and I didn't feel pushed to increase too quickly. Appetite control improved gradually and my progress has been steady. When I hit a plateau, they gave a thoughtful response instead of just telling me to try harder. Refills have been consistent and the packaging was solid. The tone throughout was respectful and not salesy. Expensive, but I feel supported.

Pros

Clinic-like support with thoughtful plateau guidance, consistent refills, and respectful communication.

Cons

It is expensive compared to low-support programs.

TRAVESTY

At first they Trava health seemed like a good choice. Their Customer response was good and the Pharmacy the used seemed top notch. However they quickly fell apart. They sent me a vile of trizepatide that was short 1 dosage. When Addressed with them they went through all kinds of hoops to tell me it was not short. I explained to them I am not seeking a refund or a free vile just 1 additional dose so I don't miss a week. All I got from them was crickets. Then I asked them if they could send replacement syringes due to the fact that theirs are very flimsy and will bend 2 to 3 times before you get one that docent. Again now help they told me I could go online and order off of Amazon. Then when I went to increase my dosage strength they over charged me by $20 . I showed them their very own pricing plan and what the dosage should have cost. They said there was a mix up but in the end I did not get a refund or the dosage strength they charged me for. They are polite as can be but the whole time the service gets worse and worse. Not to mention they are considerably higher in price than most of the GLP 1 medication providers out there. If you re smart you will run from this company. If you are already a member I suggest you find a company that won't screw you down the road and is more reasonably priced. As for me and my wife we will have nothing more to do with this company, I have Screenshots of all transactions completed with this company.

Pros

If you like throwing money away they are a great option

Switched from semaglutide and never looking back

  • GLP-1 & Weight Loss
  • Tirzepatide

Was on semaglutide with another provider for 6 months and plateaued hard. Did some research and decided to try tirzepatide through Trava. The transition guidance they provided was really helpful. They didn't just switch me cold, they actually planned the crossover carefully. Three months in and I've broken through my plateau, down another 22 lbs. The dual mechanism really does seem to work differently. Trava's pricing for compound tirz is very reasonable compared to brand Mounjaro. My provider checks in weekly which keeps me accountable.

Pros

Great transition support, affordable tirz pricing, regular check ins

Cons

Website could be more intuitive
