Verdict

Metrics show Fella Health best fits men who want predictable GLP 1 pricing and fast shipping. The program advertises price that does not rise with higher dose and free delivery that targets one to two days. Brand Zepbound is available through LillyDirect when clinically appropriate and compounded options are offered where permitted. Add on mens health with enclomiphene and selected TRT plus longevity choices like metformin and NAD plus. The strongest numeric edge is transparent dose locked pricing. A current limitation is TRT availability that is still rolling out state by state.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Price does not increase at higher GLP 1 doses
  • Zepbound available through LillyDirect when appropriate

Cons

  • TRT access limited to selected states today

How We Evaluated Fella Health

Paragraph 1: We reviewed Fella Healths public website including weight loss treatments, TRT and longevity pages, FAQs, guarantee terms, and state availability language. We verified that Zepbound is presented through LillyDirect, that clinicians may prescribe compounded GLP 1s where allowed, and that the dose locked pricing claim is repeated on treatments and payment FAQ pages. We captured pricing listed on longevity subpages for metformin and NAD plus, and we documented TRT pricing for enclomiphene including the add on and stand alone amounts. We noted the men first language across pages, the free lab work statements, and the claim of free shipping with one to two day delivery on the welcome flow.

Paragraph 2: Pricing capture occurred on October 3, 2025 and reflects public landing or product pages which may vary by campaign. We recorded exact figures where shown for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide starts, TRT enclomiphene, metformin, and NAD plus plans. We treated Zepbound pricing as variable through LillyDirect and scored Fella on clarity rather than a fixed monthly for brand. We checked state language for TRT availability on the product subpages and kept our therapy and medication list frozen to our canonical taxonomy which maps metformin under GLP 1 and weight loss even when the provider markets it under longevity. We verified the posted six month money back guarantee including inclusion for plans with compounded medication.

  • Verified Zepbound path labeled as LillyDirect and compounded GLP 1s available when appropriate
  • Confirmed dose locked pricing claim and free shipping target of one to two days on the intake flow

Pricing

21 / 25

Analysis reveals Fella Healths weight loss program is built around a clear monthly price that does not rise if a man needs a higher GLP 1 dose. That dose locked promise is stated across the treatments and payment sections. For compounded GLP 1s we found starting price signals of about two hundred ninety nine dollars per month for semaglutide and about three hundred ninety nine dollars per month for tirzepatide on a Fella landing experience. Zepbound is offered through LillyDirect when appropriate and the cost pathway follows LillyDirect terms while clinical oversight is part of Fellas program fee. TRT add on pricing begins at ninety nine dollars per month or one hundred forty nine dollars per month as a stand alone. Longevity pages list metformin at forty nine dollars per month with prepay lowering the effective monthly, and NAD plus at one hundred twenty nine dollars per month or ninety nine dollars with a six month prepay. Free shipping is included. Use of HSA or FSA is supported and a six month money back guarantee is posted. Exact plan menus can change which is why we capture absolute dates. Findings current as of October 3, 2025.

Quality

17 / 20

Fella positions its care for men with board certified clinicians, structured eligibility and lab workflows, and pharmacy partners that are state licensed in the United States. The program explains when a clinician may choose a compounded medication and explains that compounded items are regulated by state boards yet are not FDA approved. That clarity matters for safety and sets expectations for men who travel across state lines. Brand access is present through Zepbound via LillyDirect which reduces fulfillment risk when a man is a clinical fit and brand is preferred. We also look for adverse event guidance and disqualifiers being visible in guides and FAQs and we found plain language cautions around thyroid cancer history, pancreatitis, gastroparesis and kidney problems in GLP 1 education content. Quality signals include free lab work when needed and regular follow up. Overall oversight is strong for men seeking medical weight loss with the option to layer TRT with enclomiphene when indicated. We encourage patients to verify licensure and ask which specific state licensed pharmacy will dispense before paying.

Onboarding

12 / 15

The intake begins with a short online quiz that pre screens men for basic eligibility. From there men can schedule a virtual consultation within a few days in most cases. The program describes free lab work locally or via an at home kit when needed to confirm safety and dosing. After approval, Fella advertises medication delivery quickly with the weight loss landing page claiming free shipping that aims for arrival within one to two days. The companys new patient FAQ outlines the steps and emphasizes that care is tailored by clinicians. For TRT there are state based constraints that are disclosed on product pages and that can affect the onboarding timeline and access. We like that the Zepbound through LillyDirect path is documented which sets clean expectations about brand fulfillment. We did not see hard service level promises for exact decision time or label time which is common in this category. Overall the flow is quick and pragmatic for busy men and the eligibility warnings help reduce churn later.

Medication Options

14 / 15

Within our locked canonical list Fella offers GLP 1 and weight loss options that include Zepbound brand and clinician directed compounded GLP 1s. The compounded choices described on site include semaglutide and tirzepatide where allowed. The brand path is Zepbound through LillyDirect. Beyond injectables, the clinic lists metformin which we map under GLP 1 and weight loss in our canonical structure. For mens health TRT the clinic highlights enclomiphene with additional TRT routes. For longevity the clinic markets NAD plus with injection administration language. Across options the dosing bands are typical: weekly GLP 1 titration in small steps for semaglutide and a wider two point five milligram to fifteen milligram range for tirzepatide. Enclomiphene dosing is commonly in the twelve point five to twenty five milligram daily band. We score breadth as strong for a men focused clinic while noting that options are constrained by state rules and that compounded items remain at clinician discretion.

Shipping & Fulfillment

8 / 10

Fellas intake to door timeline highlights fast delivery after clinical approval. The welcome page states free shipping with arrival that targets one to two days which is competitive for GLP 1 programs serving men who travel or work long hours. The program communicates that it operates in almost all U.S. states for weight loss and it discloses that TRT access is narrower with a specific list of states today. For brand Zepbound the LillyDirect channel is called out which can remove pharmacy bottlenecks when insurance or supply is favorable. For compounded GLP 1s the company states use of licensed U.S. pharmacies and we recommend asking which pharmacy will fill your specific order because names and state coverage can change. Refill timing and carriers are not listed in detail which is common and not a red flag by itself. The presence of a six month money back guarantee lowers the risk of fulfillment delays for new members. Findings current as of October 3, 2025.

Customer Support

7 / 10

Support channels include a visible telephone number on the main site and FAQs that route men to help articles by topic. The TRT and longevity product pages include prompts to book a call with program experts which is helpful when a man needs to clarify state eligibility or bundled inclusions before paying. We look for response time disclosures or after hours coverage and did not see explicit hour windows posted on public pages. That said the presence of a money back guarantee with clear eligibility terms is a meaningful escalation backstop. Men should use the account portal to message clinicians for medication questions and use the phone for account or shipping matters. Our test click paths surfaced answers for eligibility, pricing lock by dose, and basic disqualifiers which reduces the need for long back and forth. We would like to see a single consolidated help center with hours and ticket timelines as the next improvement but the current experience is sufficient.

Usability & Experience

4 / 5

Navigation is straightforward for a man who wants to compare GLP 1, TRT and longevity options. The short quiz, clear plan cards, and dose lock messaging make price expectations simple. Zepbound through LillyDirect is labeled on the treatments page and compounded options are presented with plain language about regulation and clinician discretion. State availability is referenced in FAQs and TRT pages which helps set expectations early. We could not find a deep feature help center or an always visible chat widget which would speed resolution for some users but the phone number is present on site. Checkout and cancellation terms are easy to find through the footer links. Pages are readable on mobile and the call to action to book a call or take the quiz is consistent which suits busy professionals. Overall this is a focused men first experience with clean steps and transparent price anchors.

Detailed guidance that finally made GLP-1 feel approachable

GLP-1 & Weight LossSemaglutide

Fella Health scheduled my consult within two days and the physician actually explained how semaglutide would be titrated over the first twelve weeks. We went line by line through my labs and he pointed out what markers we would watch so I knew the why behind the plan. The onboarding flow stayed in one dashboard that tracked labs, prescriptions, and weekly goals, so I never wondered what to do next. After the first dose they sent a message with grocery shortcuts, hydration targets, and a reminder about timing the injection. Mild nausea showed up one morning and support answered within thirty minutes with ideas that kept me on schedule. By week four the appetite change felt steady rather than dramatic, and my energy in afternoon meetings was noticeably higher. Their workout coach suggested short strength sessions that matched the energy boost without overselling a complicated program. Billing matched the upfront quote and they sent a transparent breakdown of what the membership covers versus the pharmacy cost. Shipments arrived in discreet cold packs with color-coded instructions taped inside the lid. Every check-in included realistic encouragement and made the data easy to digest. I never felt pressured to buy extras or upgrade anything. It genuinely feels like a collaborative team.

Pros

Collaborative coaching, transparent pricing, and discreet shipping made sticking with the plan doable.

Cons

Live chat goes offline at 6 p.m. Central most nights.

TRT team finally looked at my sleep

GLP-1 & Weight LossSemaglutide

Been with Fella Health for 4 months after DIY pellets went sideways. They ran labs twice before touching my testosterone dose and actually asked about my Oura data. Weekly check-ins keep me honest with injections and they added low-dose sema once cravings spiked. Energy and mood are steadier and my partner noticed I am less irritable. Packaging is discreet and needles are sharper than the Amazon kits. Cost creeps up with add-ons but at least it is all itemized.

Pros

Lab-driven TRT adjustments, steady coaching, quality supplies.

Cons

Add-ons stack up quickly.

Group chat pep talks helped, pricing less clear

GLP-1 & Weight LossSemaglutide

I love the morning check-ins from other guys, but I had to email twice to understand what the next month would cost. Once clarified, I stuck with it.

Pros

Community vibe keeps me accountable to workouts.

Cons

Pricing breakdown is vague until you ask twice.

Coach messages stay realistic

GLP-1 & Weight LossSemaglutide

Month three with Fella Health still feels sustainable. Coach check-ins celebrate the wins but also remind me to log hydration when I forget. I like that the portal ties my strength workouts to the dosing calendar. Mild heartburn popped up once and the nurse walked me through timing doses with food. Weight loss is steady and I feel less foggy mid-morning.

Pros

Encouraging coaching, synced workout tracking, and attentive nurses keep progress steady.

Cons

The Apple Watch integration occasionally disconnects.

Good coaching, inconsistent medication timing

TRT & Men's Health

The coaching side is honestly good and helped me stay consistent. My frustration was the medication timing, one shipment was late and it made the week feel stressful. The clinician communication was fine but sometimes I got short replies that didn't fully answer the question. I'm seeing gradual improvements in energy, but it hasn't been smooth the whole time. If they tighten up fulfillment and communication, I'd rate it higher.

Pros

Coaching helps with consistency and the program feels structured.

Cons

A late shipment and short replies made it feel less reliable.

Comprehensive men's health that actually delivers

TRT & Men's HealthTestosterone Cypionate

Came to Fella for TRT but ended up getting a complete overhaul of my health approach. They identified that my low T was connected to poor sleep and high stress, not just an isolated hormone issue. The protocol addresses all of it: testosterone, sleep optimization, and stress management supplements. My coach checks in weekly and actually holds me accountable. Lab monitoring is built into the program so I'm never guessing if things are working. Four months in and my total T went from 310 to 850, but more importantly I actually feel good. Energy is up, brain fog is gone, gym performance is back. This is how men's telehealth should work.

Pros

Holistic approach, accountability coaching, comprehensive labs

Cons

Premium pricing but worth it
