A Membership Satisfaction Guarantee refunds up to six months of FuturHealth membership fees upon cancellation, while medication and provider fees are excluded. Taken together, pricing is competitive for compounded options and average for branded access.
Testing the onboarding claims, we mapped the published flow: complete a short intake, meet a clinician, then start a plan combining medication, nutrition, and activity. The site emphasizes personalized plans, monthly clinician check ins, and nutrition content alongside medication shipment tracking in the app. Clinically, FuturHealth contracts with independent medical groups to deliver care rather than employing providers directly, and prescriptions can be sent to any pharmacy at the patient’s direction. The terms also clarify that access is limited to U.S. states where the platform operates, which aligns with the telehealth model and pharmacy logistics.
We then reviewed the billing, refund, and cancellation fine print. Recurring billing continues until canceled, and cancellations must be placed by phone or site chat. Plans are non refundable in months when medication orders or clinical appointments have been processed. Missed or canceled clinician appointments inside seventy two hours are non refundable. The Refunds page lists a customer support line and reflects policy updates as of February 7, 2025. The Terms of Use add a membership satisfaction guarantee that refunds FuturHealth membership fees for the six months prior to cancellation, with medication and provider fees excluded from that guarantee.
During fulfillment analysis, we confirmed that promotional materials highlight free medication shipping. Program pages also position an 8 biomarker lab panel in standard offerings, and the privacy notice names Quest as a diagnostics partner and references a pharmacy hub for dispensing. Given the use of multiple independent partners for care, labs, and pharmacy services, we infer that packaging and delivery workflows may vary by medication and location, which can affect timelines and user experience.
