Industry standard: GLP-1 programs charge a monthly platform fee and bill medication separately. FuturHealth follows that structure, but it pairs the fee with nutrition, fitness access, and lab work. Membership pricing is published in the app stores at 129.99 per month, with medication starting at 229 per month. Separately, the company’s help center lists comprehensive programs that begin at 299 per month, reflecting plans that include branded GLP-1 access. Unlike competitors, FuturHealth layers on a Membership Satisfaction Guarantee that refunds up to six months of membership fees on cancellation, while medication and provider fees remain excluded. That mix places FuturHealth’s value mid market overall.

Compared with many direct dispensing programs, FuturHealth operates a split clinical model. Independent medical groups deliver care, while FuturHealth runs the platform. That separation matters: prescriptions can be sent to any pharmacy a patient chooses, and the program integrates labs and lifestyle support. We noted an 8 biomarker lab panel in the standard offering and a named lab partner, plus Apple Fitness+ included with membership to reinforce behavior change. Relative to the category, this combination of medical oversight, diagnostics, and structured nutrition places FuturHealth closer to a comprehensive clinic experience than a simple prescription service.

Unlike competitors that lock patients into a single medication path, FuturHealth surfaces both branded GLP-1 options like Wegovy, Ozempic, and Zepbound and alternative formats. In contrast to injection-only programs, it also advertises select GLP-1 and GIP medications in pill form when clinically appropriate. Insurance concierge support is positioned to reduce branded costs, while compounded semaglutide pricing starts lower for cash pay buyers. Free medication shipping is highlighted across promotional pages. Taken together, FuturHealth’s menu spans brand, compound, and oral choices, covering most patient preferences within current clinical norms. LegitScript and HITRUST badges indicate a compliance focus that many smaller telehealth startups lack, although independent verification still matters to discerning buyers.

In contrast to programs with instant cancel links, FuturHealth requires cancellation by phone or site chat, and appointments canceled within 72 hours are non refundable. Industry standard transparency would also put all prices on the primary site. Here, pricing appears in app store listings and help center articles rather than on the marketing pages. Complaints we reviewed focused on billing clarity, multi month bundles, and refund timing. On the positive side, the satisfaction guarantee on membership fees is unusually strong, and services are limited to the United States, which simplifies compliance and pharmacy logistics for most patients.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Membership price is clearly published in app listings
  • Brand, compounded, and some oral GLP-1 options
  • 8 biomarker labs and Apple Fitness+ included
  • You may direct prescriptions to any pharmacy
  • Membership satisfaction guarantee refunds up to six months
  • Free medication shipping
  • Medication cost is not included in membership
  • Pricing details vary across channels, adding confusion
  • Cancellation requires phone or site chat
  • Appointments canceled within 72 hours are non refundable
  • Public complaints cite billing clarity and refund pacing

Our Research Methodology

Our investigation began with the plan structure and pricing. Membership is published in the official app listings at 129.99 per month, and medication is billed separately starting at 229 per month. The help center also describes comprehensive programs that begin at 299 per month for access that includes branded GLP-1s. Across multiple marketing pages, FuturHealth notes that medication costs are not included in the program fee, and it promotes insurance concierge support to reduce branded costs. A Membership Satisfaction Guarantee refunds up to six months of FuturHealth membership fees upon cancellation, while medication and provider fees are excluded. Taken together, pricing is competitive for compounded options and average for branded access.

Testing the onboarding claims, we mapped the published flow: complete a short intake, meet a clinician, then start a plan combining medication, nutrition, and activity. The site emphasizes personalized plans, monthly clinician check ins, and nutrition content alongside medication shipment tracking in the app. Clinically, FuturHealth contracts with independent medical groups to deliver care rather than employing providers directly, and prescriptions can be sent to any pharmacy at the patient’s direction. The terms also clarify that access is limited to U.S. states where the platform operates, which aligns with the telehealth model and pharmacy logistics.

We then reviewed the billing, refund, and cancellation fine print. Recurring billing continues until canceled, and cancellations must be placed by phone or site chat. Plans are non refundable in months when medication orders or clinical appointments have been processed. Missed or canceled clinician appointments inside seventy two hours are non refundable. The Refunds page lists a customer support line and reflects policy updates as of February 7, 2025. The Terms of Use add a membership satisfaction guarantee that refunds FuturHealth membership fees for the six months prior to cancellation, with medication and provider fees excluded from that guarantee.

During fulfillment analysis, we confirmed that promotional materials highlight free medication shipping. Program pages also position an 8 biomarker lab panel in standard offerings, and the privacy notice names Quest as a diagnostics partner and references a pharmacy hub for dispensing. Nutrition and movement support are reinforced through Apple Fitness+ access within membership. Given the use of multiple independent partners for care, labs, and pharmacy services, we infer that packaging and delivery workflows may vary by medication and location, which can affect timelines and user experience. We recommend confirming shipping details and any bundling terms before purchase to avoid billing confusion.

Pricing

19 / 25

FuturHealth lists membership pricing at $129.99 per month in the iOS and Google Play listings, with compounded GLP-1s starting at $229 and comprehensive packages in the help center beginning at $299 when branded injectables are included. The platform fee covers nutrition coaching, lab work, and Apple Fitness+ access, which is richer than most competitors' basic telehealth subscriptions. Pricing transparency is still fragmented: flagship marketing pages omit the numbers, and medication costs vary based on insurance concierge outcomes. The Membership Satisfaction Guarantee refunds up to six months of membership fees, but provider and medication charges remain owed, so the guarantee only partially mitigates the risk. Overall value lands mid-market overall; compelling for patients using the bundled services, but less so for those who only need prescriptions.

Quality

16 / 20

Clinical services are delivered by independent medical groups while FuturHealth operates the platform, so prescribing remains under physician oversight rather than a purely commercial telehealth loop. Standard enrollment includes an eight biomarker lab panel through a named national lab partner, and the program layers structured nutrition plus Apple Fitness+ to reinforce lifestyle change. FuturHealth displays LegitScript and HITRUST certifications, signaling attention to compliance and data security that many startups lack. Public materials still leave gaps around pharmacy partner vetting and escalation pathways for adverse events, so we tempered the score slightly until those safeguards are fully documented. Even with that caution, the combination of diagnostics, multidisciplinary support, and credentialed clinicians outpaces most direct-to-consumer rivals.

Onboarding

8 / 15

The sign-up journey starts in the app, where prospective members complete health history intake and upload lab orders before being routed to FuturHealth's partner medical groups. Timelines for provider review, lab scheduling, and first prescriptions are not clearly published, and our walkthrough surfaced multiple handoffs that could stretch onboarding beyond the quick-start flows competitors advertise. Because FuturHealth does not dispense medications directly, patients must confirm pharmacy preferences and insurance information during onboarding, adding extra steps. The program's guarantee offsets some friction, but without a transparent calendar of milestones or automated status updates, we scored onboarding as below average.

Medication Options

13 / 15

FuturHealth makes a broad GLP-1 formulary available, ranging from branded injectables such as Wegovy, Ozempic, and Zepbound to compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for cash-pay patients. The care team will also consider oral GLP-1 and GIP options when clinically appropriate, which is rare among programs built around injectables alone. Insurance concierge support is built into the service to help members access branded medications at lower net prices, while compounded doses start at $229 for those paying out of pocket. That mix allows clinicians to adjust dosing, format, and price point to match patient needs rather than forcing a single pathway. With pharmacy choice preserved through the split clinical model, FuturHealth earns one of the stronger scores in the category.

Shipping & Fulfillment

6 / 10

Medication fulfillment depends on the dispensing pharmacy selected by FuturHealth's partner clinicians, and the company does not publish firm processing or shipping windows. Promotional copy highlights free shipping, but the fine print suggests delivery speeds vary by state licensure, inventory, and insurance approvals. Patients seeking branded injectables may face the same national shortages affecting the broader market, and FuturHealth does not provide proactive waitlist transparency. Without guaranteed timelines or a self-service order tracker, we kept the fulfillment score conservative despite the optionality of choosing a preferred pharmacy.

Customer Support

6 / 10

Support is routed through the help center, site chat, and a phone line used for cancellations, yet service-level commitments or hours of operation are not prominently disclosed. The Membership Satisfaction Guarantee signals confidence in the program, but refund complaints we reviewed focused on slow timelines and confusion about which fees qualify. There is no published escalation path for clinical questions outside scheduled visits, so patients with urgent concerns may need to rely on external care. Until FuturHealth documents faster response benchmarks and clearer refund mechanics, customer support remains a weaker point relative to peers with 24/7 triage teams.

Usability & Experience

4 / 5

FuturHealth is built as a mobile-first experience with an app that houses coaching content, lab tracking, and Apple Fitness+ integration, giving members a single hub for metabolic care. The lifestyle resources are richer than the static PDFs many telehealth companies provide, and the dashboard ties progress tracking to medication milestones. However, most of the interface is gated behind membership, and public demos are limited to marketing screenshots, so prospective patients cannot easily preview the workflow. Given that caveat, the available signals point to a polished experience once onboard, which justifies the high usability score even as we continue to monitor real-world feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our investigation confirmed that FuturHealth dispenses through licensed U.S. pharmacy partners and allows your provider to direct the prescription to any pharmacy you choose. The company’s listings state availability of compounded semaglutide and display LegitScript and HITRUST badges, signaling a compliance posture. Because FuturHealth works with multiple partners rather than a single in‑house pharmacy, we recommend asking your clinician which pharmacy will dispense your medication and whether it operates under 503A or 503B standards before you start. That level of clarity helps you document sourcing and ensure continuity of care.

Membership covers the platform and care program: telehealth appointments with contracted medical groups, nutrition guidance, Apple Fitness+ access, and an 8 biomarker lab panel positioned in standard plans. Medication costs are excluded from the membership fee and are billed separately. The company promotes insurance concierge support for branded GLP-1s. A Membership Satisfaction Guarantee refunds up to six months of FuturHealth membership fees upon cancellation, but it does not cover medication or provider fees. This policy helps de‑risk the service fee while keeping drug costs separate.

FuturHealth publishes membership at 129.99 per month in its official app listings. Medication is billed on top of that. Compounded semaglutide starts at 229 per month in the listings, which is competitive for cash‑pay buyers. The help center also references comprehensive programs beginning at 299 per month when access includes branded GLP-1s. Branded pricing typically depends on individual insurance coverage and any required prior authorization, supported by the program’s insurance concierge partner. Medication costs are explicitly not included in the program fee.

Recurring billing continues until you cancel via phone or site chat. Plans are non refundable in months when medication orders or clinical appointments have been processed. Clinician appointments canceled within seventy two hours are non refundable. The Terms of Use add a Membership Satisfaction Guarantee that refunds FuturHealth membership fees for the six months prior to cancellation, excluding medication and provider fees. Keep records of your chats and calls, and verify any promotional bundle terms in writing to avoid confusion. Policy pages list an updated date, which helps confirm the version in effect.

The published flow is straightforward: complete an intake, meet a clinician, then start your plan. Monthly check ins and in‑app medication tracking are highlighted. Promotional pages emphasize free medication shipping, but exact timelines can vary by medication and pharmacy partner. The program positions an 8 biomarker lab panel and names Quest as a diagnostics partner. Because FuturHealth uses independent medical, pharmacy, and lab partners and operates only in U.S. states where it is available, shipping and scheduling can differ by location. Ask support to confirm shipping estimates and any lab logistics up front.

Program felt rushed when I needed adjustments

GLP-1 & Weight Loss

The medication itself worked, but the program felt rushed. When side effects popped up, I couldn't get a clear answer fast enough and I felt like I was guessing. They also pushed a dose increase on the timeline even when I said I wasn't ready. After that I lost trust and kinda just wanted out. Maybe I had bad timing, but it didnt feel like individualized care.

Pros

The medication reduced appetite and cravings.

Cons

Support was slow and the dose pacing felt too aggressive for me.

Impressed with the clinical rigor

GLP-1 & Weight LossSemaglutide

I'm a healthcare professional myself, so I appreciate when a telehealth company takes the medical side seriously rather than just rubber stamping prescriptions. FuturHealth required actual lab work before prescribing, and my provider spent time reviewing my metabolic panel before starting me on semaglutide. The dosing titration schedule they use follows current clinical guidelines. Their messaging system is HIPAA compliant which matters to me. I've been on treatment for 6 weeks and have regular check ins scheduled. This feels like real medical care, not just a prescription mill.

Pros

Evidence based approach, proper labs required, professional staff

Cons

Slightly higher cost than some competitors
