The telehealth consent says independent healthcare professionals exercise medical judgment and receive a fixed consultation fee that does not depend on whether a prescription is issued or which product is purchased. Rugiet publishes medical leadership and a physician network, but it does not name the patient-specific provider group before intake.

The current terms name The Pharmacy HUB LLC in Miami Gardens, Florida, and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama as fulfillment pharmacies. Patients waive the option to send a platform prescription to another pharmacy. The final label should identify the assigned pharmacy, exact ingredients, strength, quantity, route, storage, and refill instructions.

Rugiet publishes a medical advisory board and an author directory with named clinicians.
