The current GLP-1 price table lists four term lengths for each medication. Semaglutide costs $190 for one month, $399 for three months, $714 for six months, or $1,188 for twelve months. Tirzepatide costs $239, $627, $1,194, or $2,148 for the same terms. The full selected term is billed, so the $99 and $179 figures are annual-plan monthly equivalents rather than month-to-month charges.
A separate Subscribe and Save option uses introductory pricing: $149 for the first semaglutide month and then $165 monthly, or $193 for the first tirzepatide month and then $214 monthly. Multi-month plans renew with a $25 subscriber credit. HealthRX says patients can cancel online and receive a refund for unshipped doses.
