Verdict

Metrics show Vita Bella is a fit for people who want broad programs with lower medication entry prices and do not mind a membership. Foundation is $99 per month while Performance is $139 per month with code MY40 as of October 2, 2025, plus a $99 consult. Weight loss access requires Performance. Semaglutide starts from $109 per month. Tirzepatide starts from $159 per month. Shipping is listed at three to seven days after prescription. Best for value seekers who want one portal and quarterly visits. Limitation: program requires a three month minimum.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Medication prices displayed up front on product pages
  • Shipments generally arrive in 3 to 7 days after prescription

Cons

  • Weight loss and peptides limited to the higher tier membership

How We Evaluated Vita Bella Health

We reviewed Membership for consult length, plan pricing, inclusions, and minimum terms. We verified which therapies are unlocked by each tier and noted the 10 minute member specialist consult. We then audited Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, Hair Loss, and Sexual Wellness pages for therapy availability and front of site pricing. We captured representative prices for GLP 1, TRT, hair loss, sexual health, and longevity items from the All Products index. Finally, we verified shipping timelines, telemedicine only status, and state coverage claims through the FAQ set.

We captured lab panel prices and biomarker scopes for accuracy and confirmed that labs are not included in membership. We confirmed that insurance is not accepted and HSA cards are allowed for medication purchases. We recorded the compounding pharmacy disclosure which names U.S. based partners without listing specific pharmacies. We flagged a discrepancy where the FAQ says service in 26 states but lists 35 states plus DC which we count independently. All data reflect site statements as of October 2, 2025 and are subject to change.

  • Confirmed three month minimum and quarterly provider visits in membership flow.
  • Verified shipments generally deliver in 3 to 7 days after prescription; tracking via portal.
  • Labs priced at $89 Essential and $189 Comprehensive; not included in membership.

Pricing

20 / 25

Analysis reveals a straightforward pricing stack with a $99 initial consult and two memberships. Foundation is $99 per month. Performance is shown at $139 per month with code MY40 and noted as normally $179. Both require a three month minimum and include quarterly provider visits, messaging, and injection supplies.Weight loss and peptide programs are only available in Performance. Medication prices are visible before intake. Examples: Semaglutide Injection with B 6 from $109 per month. Tirzepatide with B 6 from $159 per month. Testosterone Cypionate from $16 per month. Enclomiphene from $60 per month. Sildenafil from $40 per month. Labs are extra. Essential Panel is $89. Comprehensive Panel is $189. Insurance is not accepted though HSA cards are allowed for medication purchases. Shipping is listed as three to seven days after prescription submission. Shipping cost is not specified at checkout pages we reviewed.

Quality

15 / 20

Metrics show Vita Bella emphasizes licensed clinicians and quarterly virtual oversight. The membership page describes 1 to 1 provider visits every quarter along with direct messaging. The About page names clinical leaders and specialties which signals accountable medical governance across anti aging, dermatology, anesthesia, and orthopedic surgery. Telemedicine only care is explicitly stated. There are no in person visits which helps consistency but limits physical exams when appropriate. Labs are required for hormone therapy starts with panels defined by biomarker lists. That supports safety and titration but adds out of pocket cost. Pharmacy transparency notes partnerships with highly accredited U.S. compounding pharmacies though specific pharmacy names are not disclosed on site. That is acceptable but short of full transparency we prefer to see.

Onboarding

12 / 15

Analysis reveals a four step intake. Step 1 select a program and labs. Step 2 meet virtually with a provider. Step 3 begin treatment. Step 4 monitor and adjust with quarterly check ins. The initial consult is a 45 minute appointment and there is a three month minimum membership. This sets clear expectations for time and commitment. Medication shipping is expected within three to seven days after the prescription is submitted. That timeline is competitive for compounded therapies. Weight loss access requires the Performance tier which keeps the intake path consistent inside one plan but adds a gating step for GLP 1 seekers. The site offers a complimentary 10 minute call with a member specialist to match plans which reduces confusion during onboarding.

Medication Options

13 / 15

Vita Bella covers multiple canonical therapies. For GLP 1 and weight loss the listings include Semaglutide Injection with B 6 from $109 per month and Tirzepatide with B 6 from $159 per month. Metformin from $30 per month is also available. TRT and men's health include Testosterone Cypionate from $16 per month and Enclomiphene from $60 per month. Anastrozole appears as part of a testosterone combination. hCG is listed from $119 per month. Hair loss includes a Topical Finasteride Minoxidil serum from $75 per month. Sexual health includes Sildenafil from $40 per month and Tadalafil from $40 per month along with a combo option. Longevity includes NAD plus vial from $124 per month, NAD plus nasal spray from $124 per month, Glutathione from $149 per month, Sermorelin from $132 per month, Tesamorelin from $299 per month, and Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin from $60 per month.

Shipping & Fulfillment

8 / 10

Shipping expectations are documented as three to seven days after the provider submits the prescription. Orders are custom made and shipped with tracking notifications through the portal. Packaging is described as discreet and shipped from U.S. pharmacies. State coverage is described as near nationwide with a map on the membership page and a state list in the FAQ. We note a wording and count discrepancy. The FAQ headline says 26 states including Washington DC yet the list itself names 35 jurisdictions plus DC. Readers should confirm coverage before intake. Cold chain handling and carrier names are not specified on public pages which keeps us from awarding a perfect score.

Customer Support

7 / 10

Support channels are simple. The company directs members to use secure messaging inside the Patient Portal for the quickest response. Email is offered as a secondary option at info@vitabella.com. Office phone and staffed hours are not posted in FAQs. A complimentary ten minute member specialist call is advertised and can help prospective patients choose a plan and understand pricing and timelines before committing. We did not see published service level targets for reply times or after hours escalation. Follow up scheduling happens inside the portal. The path is clear and centralized which we prefer for telehealth programs that span multiple therapies.

Usability & Experience

4 / 5

The public site is structured by therapy with clear pricing cards that show from prices before intake. Membership gating is evident and noted where relevant which helps expectation setting. The Member Login routes to an MD HQ portal which keeps clinical messaging and scheduling in one place. Checkout transparency is solid on membership terms including the three month minimum. Price visibility is good for medications and lab panels though shipping cost is not listed up front. Navigation is straightforward across Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, Hair Loss, Sexual Wellness, and more. The flow from explore to get started is consistent.

Mindful support that fits my busy weeks

Women's HRTMicronized Progesterone

The second month with Vita Bella Health felt even calmer than the first. My practitioner checked in about stress, sleep, and iron levels before adjusting anything. She mapped out which supplement to take in the morning versus evening so I would not bounce off caffeine. The follow-up texts include quick breathing prompts and hydration reminders that make sense for office days. Labs were optional but she still explained what each marker would show so I could decide. When I traveled for a conference she sent a lighter plan with sachets I could pack. Two weeks later my sleep tracker showed fewer wake-ups and my afternoon crash disappeared. It feels like a wellness program built around my real schedule, not an imaginary routine.

Pros

Calming consults, thoughtful check-ins, and realistic supplement plans.

Cons

Evening appointments still book up quickly.

Telehealth consult felt personal and calm

Women's HRTMicronized Progesterone

The Vita Bella Health intake felt calm and thorough; the clinician asked about sleep, stress, and cycle changes before suggesting anything. She emailed a summary that prioritized two manageable habits and a supplement combo matched to my labs. Follow-up texts arrive weekly with a short mindfulness tip and a reminder to log symptoms. When I had a question about combining the magnesium with existing meds, support clarified within two hours. After six weeks my sleep quality is better and late-day energy dips less often. It feels like a wellness plan I can keep up with rather than a crash reboot.

Pros

Thoughtful clinicians, encouraging follow-ups, and realistic habit goals make the program feel doable.

Cons

Appointment slots after 5 p.m. book fast.

Too hands-off when side effects hit

GLP-1 & Weight Loss

This felt too hands-off once I actually started the medication. I had side effects early and it took too long to hear back. The program messages were generic and didn't help me decide what to do next. Appetite control was real, but I didn't feel supported through the rough parts. If you never have side effects maybe it's fine, but I did.

Pros

Appetite reduction was noticeable when the medication was consistent.

Cons

The program felt hands-off and support was slow when side effects came up.
