The verdict on Pomegranate Health

Pomegranate Health offers a broad virtual-care model rather than a single weight-loss product. Its public catalog spans compounded GLP-1 programs, selected longevity injections, and women's hormone care. The process starts with online intake and a licensed-provider evaluation, with laboratory work ordered when the clinician considers it necessary.

The most compelling feature is visible entry pricing on selected products. The current pricing interface shows compounded semaglutide with B12 at $119 per month and compounded tirzepatide with B6 at $149 per month in the displayed configuration. Compounded sermorelin is separately listed at $149 per month. These are treatment-specific figures, not a promise that every plan, pharmacy, or patient will pay the same amount.

The policy details deserve equal weight. Subscriptions renew automatically, completed membership and medication charges are generally nonrefundable, and the platform may assign the dispensing pharmacy. Patients should confirm the exact formulation, pharmacy, plan length, renewal date, and state eligibility before payment, especially because compounded products are not FDA-approved.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Low published starting prices for selected compounded GLP-1 programs
  • Several care categories available through one online intake system
  • Licensed-provider evaluation with labs ordered when clinically indicated
  • Seven-day customer support schedule published on the site

Cons

  • Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved
  • Pharmacy choice is not guaranteed and requesting a specific pharmacy may carry a fee
  • A complete public price table is not available for every longevity and hormone option

Pricing and care details that matter

Pomegranate Health pairs low featured prices with a wider catalog than its GLP-1 landing page first suggests. Compounded semaglutide with B12 starts at $119 per month, compounded tirzepatide with B6 at $149, and compounded sermorelin at $149. Plan length, selected pharmacy, state access, and inventory can still change what is available.

The clinical path includes online intake, a licensed-provider evaluation, and laboratory work when indicated. Recent results may sometimes be reviewed, which can reduce repeated testing. Pomegranate Health operates the platform, while separate clinical practices and pharmacies deliver care and medication, so patients should identify both entities for their order.

Automatic renewal and pharmacy assignment are the most important operational terms. Membership, consultation, and medication charges are generally nonrefundable, a requested pharmacy can involve an added coordination fee, and delivery problems have a short reporting window. Compounded products are not FDA-approved, even when prescribed after a legitimate consultation.

  • The displayed compounded semaglutide with B12 program starts at $119 per month.
  • A licensed provider determines eligibility and whether laboratory testing is needed.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically, and completed medication and membership charges are generally nonrefundable.

Pricing

22 / 25

Pomegranate’s current pricing app shows compounded semaglutide with B12 at $129 per month and compounded tirzepatide with B6 at $149 per month in the displayed starter configurations. Its sermorelin product page also lists $149 per month with shipping included. No separate membership requirement is disclosed. At unchanged monthly rates, the calculated first-year totals are $1,548 for semaglutide and $1,788 for tirzepatide or sermorelin. Pharmacy, dose, state access, and lab requirements can vary.

Quality

17 / 20

A licensed provider reviews the intake, determines eligibility, and can order labs or use qualifying recent results. Pomegranate Health identifies itself as the technology platform, while clinical practices and pharmacies provide the regulated services. Compounded prescriptions require separate attention to pharmacy standards and monitoring.

Onboarding

12 / 15

Enrollment begins online, followed by virtual clinical review and laboratory work when required. The provider may accept recent laboratory results in some situations, which can reduce repetition. Eligibility rules and state availability still differ by treatment, and a submitted intake does not guarantee a prescription.

Medication Options

12 / 15

The catalog includes compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, sermorelin, NAD+, Lipo-B, glutathione, and hormone-therapy pathways. That breadth supports cross-category care, but not every product has equally clear evidence, pricing, or regulatory status, and all prescribing remains individualized.

Shipping & Fulfillment

9 / 10

Pomegranate Health coordinates medication delivery through partner pharmacies and includes shipping in selected product offers. Its subscription terms state that a particular pharmacy is not guaranteed, and delivery or product problems should be reported promptly. Availability can shift with pharmacy inventory and state rules.

Customer Support

7 / 10

The provider publishes phone and email support along with extended weekday hours and weekend coverage. That schedule is a practical advantage for enrollment, billing, and fulfillment questions. Strict refund and renewal terms make it important to contact support before the plan renews or immediately after a delivery problem.

Usability & Experience

5 / 5

The site organizes services by health goal and routes users into a dedicated pricing and intake application. Featured offers are easy to compare, but important terms are split among product pages, subscription rules, and platform terms. Patients need to combine those pages to understand the complete purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

The current displayed prices are $129 per month for compounded semaglutide with B12, $149 per month for compounded tirzepatide with B6, and $149 per month for sermorelin. At unchanged rates, those equal $1,548, $1,788, and $1,788 for 12 months. No separate membership requirement is disclosed.

Pomegranate Health displays compounded semaglutide with B12 at $119 per month and compounded tirzepatide with B6 at $149 per month in the current pricing configuration. Other programs and plan terms vary.

No, the featured compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products are not FDA-approved. They are prescription compounds, so patients should ask about the pharmacy, formulation, clinical rationale, and monitoring plan.

Sometimes. The clinician decides whether testing is needed, and recent qualifying results may be accepted in some cases instead of requiring a new panel.

Not as a standard guarantee. The subscription terms allow Pomegranate Health to assign a partner pharmacy, and requesting a specific pharmacy may involve a coordination fee and still depends on inventory.

Generally no for completed membership, consultation, and medication charges. Patients should read the subscription terms before paying and report delivery or product problems within the published window.

Cancellation is available through the account or support process. It must be completed before the subscription's stated advance-notice deadline to prevent the next automatic renewal charge.

Pomegranate Health may appeal to cash-pay adults who want multiple wellness programs and visible entry pricing in one platform. It is less suitable for someone who requires a chosen pharmacy or only FDA-approved medication options.

Bars show one lowest recorded monthly price per comparable provider. The reviewed provider is excluded, and each observation keeps its source timestamp.Learn about our methodology

The distribution uses the lowest positive monthly observation for each other active provider in the same therapy and brand-type group. Canonical medication variants now consolidate duplicate catalog names, and one provider is counted once even when it has several doses or plans.

Bar height shows how many other providers fall within each price range. The reviewed provider is excluded from those bars. The black line marks the provider-listed monthly price shown on the medication card when that price is numeric; otherwise it falls back to the provider's lowest comparable therapy-level price. Market low, median, and high are calculated from the peer-provider prices only.

This remains a therapy-level directional comparison and may include multiple medications and formulations. Some stored observations are medication-only prices while others are unitemized program totals. Use the medication-specific Prices page for itemized membership, labs, care, and shipping where those details are documented. The distribution is withheld when fewer than five peers have numeric observations.

Friendly gut health consult

  • Longevity
  • Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Pomegranate Health focused on my digestion issues without pushing meds I did not need. The clinician sent a grocery list and stress tips that fit my routine and the follow-up call checked that I could stick with it.

Pros

Personalized gut health plan, gentle follow-ups, and practical grocery ideas made changes doable.

Cons

Digestive plan that finally made sense

  • Longevity
  • Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Pomegranate Health started by mapping my food log and stress triggers before suggesting anything new. The clinician highlighted which meals to adjust and sent swaps I could prep in under ten minutes. She explained the gut protocol in plain language and set expectations for when bloating should ease. Weekly check-ins asked how travel and sleep were going, not just what I ate. When mild cramps showed up she tweaked timing and added a magnesium reminder that helped the next day. A month later my digestion feels predictable and I am not guessing what to cook.

Pros

Attentive clinician, clear meal swaps, and supportive check-ins.

Cons

I still wish the app synced with my fitness tracker.

Rigid, Not helpful, Don't Care

I never got past trying to schedule. I scheduled an appt for 8:05 am but only after I scheduled it did the app ask me what time zone. I assumed it was just putting my 8:05 appt in my calendar. I went to bed woke up and my appt reminder said 10:05. Oops, I couldn't do that. I contacted the provider who tried to change it but couldn’t and had me call their office number. The woman on the phone tells me I had to pay $50!!!! I calmly explained what happened but she repeated to me ‘according to the terms of the agreement’ more times than I could count….i tried to appeal to her humanity and rationale which she had none of either. Do NOT use these people. What a joke. I’ll be contacting my bank to get back my original $75 as well because they didn’t provide any service.

Rigid rules made dose changes frustrating

  • GLP-1 & Weight Loss

GLP-1 helped my appetite, but dealing with dose changes was frustrating. I asked about slowing down because I was feeling side effects, and the response felt rigid. Policies were explained in a way that felt like 'no' first, help second. Also, messaging took longer than I needed when I was trying to make a decision that week. It might work if you never need adjustments, but I did. overall it just stressed me out.

Pros

The medication did reduce appetite and cravings.

Cons

Rigid policies and slow messaging made dose adjustments frustrating.

Finally found a provider that gets it

  • GLP-1 & Weight Loss
  • Semaglutide

This is hands down the best telehealth experience I've had for weight loss medication. I've tried three other providers before Pomegranate and the difference is night and day. The intake process took maybe 15 minutes, and I had a prescription within 48 hours. What really sets them apart is the follow up care. My provider actually reads my check in messages and adjusts dosing based on how I'm feeling, not just hitting arbitrary milestones. Shipping was fast, packaging was discreet, and the medication itself has been amazing. Down 18 lbs in two months with minimal nausea once I started the nausea protocol they recommended.

Pros

Responsive provider, fast shipping, personalized care

Cons

Wish they had an app for tracking
